Dear All:
I was asked recently by my direct supervisor to write the procedures of the dept I head which is the Automation Dept. I have been having a hard time differentiating bt. the procedures and job description. Can anyone pls help in referring me to a document, whether an article or a book that can assist me in writing the procedures.
