Hello,

Over the summer I did a survey on this list and others to see how
library systems offices of varying sizes dealt with their work loads. I
was particularly interested to see how much and what type of work was
done by Library ITS in relation to what was done by some other campus IT
department (like the Campus Data Center).

After finishing the survey I got distracted by other things, so haven't
had time to analyze the data, but I figured that I'd send out a summary
in case anyone is curious about the results. They can be found at
http://library.easternct.edu/systems/it_survey/

Thanks again to those of you who were kind enough to participate.
