I am currently doing research comparing cd-rom network stations, locally
mounted databases, and online databases. (1) I am interested in cost
comparisons of the three options, and at what point (minutes of use)
cd-rom and locally-mounted databases become cheaper than online use.
(2) How often does updating occur in specific databases online versus cd-rom?
(3) How many cds can be housed in one network station?
(4) Are there problems with switching between cd's in a workstation?
(5) Which databases have been most popular with undergraduates in an
    academic setting?
(6) What type of database has worked best for you (cdrom, locally-mounted,
    or online)?

Thank you so much for your help. :)
