I am looking for any free or shareware program that would allow me to create
a tool bar for Internet Explorer. What I want to do is have a tool bar with
a search box for our catalog along with other similar types of things in it.
This tool bar would be made available to our patrons to install. I already
have found a bookmarkelet that allowed me to create a bookmarklet for our
online catalog. I am not after something to create skins. I want to create
a library toolbar similar to the Google toolbar.
