I just completed an evaluation of system use and user satisfaction for the
My Web Librarian virtual reference service here in Illinois. My Web
Librarian uses the LSSI/tutor.com virtual reference service.

I've just put the report up on my Web site:

http://www.lis.uiuc.edu/~b-sloan/mwl-report.htm

If others have done similar reports, I'd urge you all to make them available
on the Web and publicize them to appropriate discussion groups. I think
virtual reference service providers can benefit by sharing information like
this.
