Hi,
Just to add: Some users are not certain of the authority of the virtual
reference and need time to check it up.

Hi
Haven't done nor have seen a survey about this.
However, 3 things do come to mind about Virtual Reference.
1) Not all users have the same browsers (or updated versions of said
browsers)
2) Not all users have access to broadband web access and some systems seems
slow on the uptake due to being on a slow dialup connection.
3) Some users don't understand just what Virtual Reference can do so they
aren't sure how useful it really is.
