MyLibrary has its roots in a customizable interface to collections of
library information resources, but as it is maturing it is becoming more of
a system/application allowing libraries to create websites embodying the
principles of good information architecture.
There has been some interest in sponsoring a MyLibrary "rodeo" -- a user's
group meeting, and in order to gauge interest, a 12-question survey has been
created at the following URL. Possible venues for the meeting include
Chicago, Notre Dame, or a city in conjunction with the ALA or LITA meetings:

We suspect the meeting would include a mixture of things for librarians as
well as systems administrators/programmers. Possible topics of discussion
include but are not limited to: your biggest implementation hurdles, results
of usability studies, new and/or improved features, demonstrations of
implementations, collaboration with other projects, and future directions.
If you have the slightest interest in a MyLibrary meeting, then please don't
hesitate to complete the survey, and don't hesitate to share the survey's
URL with your friends, neighbors, and relatives. :-)
