U.S. Patriot Act and consortiums

I am interested in hearing from any consortiums providing an ILS that have
developed policies and procedures addressing the U. S. Patriot Act.  I am
particularly interested in information related to local polices when a
subpoena or warrant is received and what the organization's plan is to
comply with the requirements of the law.

I would also be interested in information from individual libraries as well.
