PG: Now, this sounds like the "license" on many software packages, known
informally as the "shrink-wrap license", and the received folk wisdom on that
I believe is that it is unenforceable and has no legal standing, and no
courts have enforced it. Can anyone speak directly to that and help Mr.
Brennan further?
