Dear All:
Our library has the OLIB7 system. The server is housed in MIS dept. but
controlled by OUR system administrator with the help of MIS personnel. The
formal arrangement we have with MIS is that the Sys. admin employee is an
MIS employee, but he works fulltime for the library for the first 2 years
and later on he should dedicate 90% of his work to the library.
