Colleagues -
Our dean needs information on:
1. libraries that have their systems run by a separate (outside the library)
IT department; and
2. whether those libraries have Service Level Agreements with the IT folks.
We would love to have copies of any Agreements out there, and comments in
general on how the arrangement is working in your library.
