Boise State University does not permit anything but web access on
public computers in the library. We have MS viewers, Adobe viewer,
and a few other miscellaneous things.

Yes. The labs have things we don't, such as MSOffice products, email
access, chat access, and so forth.

No. Putting the full program on some sixty machines would be
expensive, and we don't have the money to pay for the licenses, even
if we wanted to do so. And putting copies on without paying for the
licenses would be illegal, whether the students knew they were there
or not.
