In our library we are attempting to benchmark use of MS office viewers
(Powerpoint, word) versus the full version of these products on our patron
workstations. We currently use a courseware system that does not work well
with powerpoint viewers.

What is your policy for use of MS office products on patron computers.
Do you permit it?
Do you send them to a lab?
Do have office on it them but don't tell students?

I would appreciate all input and would be happy to discuss this offline.
