Does anyone know whether UN resolutions and/or decisions are available
either from an online pay service or via ftp? I called the UN to obtain
copies of speeches given during the recent General Assembly meetings and it
turns out I'd need to call each country's mission in NY to get copies.
Aaargh! (to quote Homer Simpson); there must be an easier way...
