Costs of migration to a consortial integrated library system

Our public library is faced with migration to another, newer integrated
on-line library system in a consortium. I checked PUBLIB Archive and could
find no answer to my questions, which are, "By what percentage of your
existing annual costs did moving to a new system increase your annual costs
for maintenance? What percentage of your existing annual cost was needed
for initial migration to the new system?"
We serve a population of 80,000, with 25,000 registered borrowers and a
collection of 140,000 items.
