The seminar combines theory and practical exercises to help participants
develop and refine leadership and management skills.

--I think it was a really great workshop! Thank you. The only thing is that
it is so interesting that we would like this workshop to be almost the
double time! But it was well-balanced between all these subjects.
--Entire program seemed like it could be a fast track MBA program.
Activities were practical and non-threatening; very refreshing. Now I need
to begin the process and bootstrap myself in the learning and growing mode.
The mission statement and time management sessions was very useful although
I must admit to being resistant to the process. It seemed that each section
could be expanded to a full day or two program. Overall, this was a very
useful program and very energizing.
