Knowing that Silverplatter's programming tends to be very version
specific... I'm not surprised. This is explanation on SP's website:

NS6.1 on our version of Webspirs, I've found some minor problems, but
nothing that breaks the access. Our product is based on an earlier
version of Webspirs
