sequence:

2)      Technical development

Gregory Zick, Director of the Center for Information Systems Optimization,

3)      Funding support for collaborative digitization projects
        Barbara Smith, Technology Officer, Institute of Museum and Library
Services;
        Jane Mandelbaum, Information Technology Services, Library of Congress
