bought by public libraries for public use? I'm thinking applications such
as word processing, graphics, sound, design, etc. I'd like to know what is
getting purchased. What the budget is. If it is increasing or
declining. How folks make decisions to purchase; how they manage training,
etc. I'd also be interested in anecdotal stories of the experiences of
individual libraries. This is for an article I'm writing.
