Deadline Extension: Knowledge Management: Methods & Systems, December 6-8,
2000 at the PALINET Headquarters in Philadelphia PA
The Registration Deadline has been extended until November 22, 2000. Here
is your opportunity to explore the intersection of knowledge management and
librarianship. Topics include:
- background motivations and definitions of knowledge management
- intersection of knowledge management with the Web revolution and digital
knowledge resources
- threats and opportunities for libraries
- components and characteristics of knowledge management
- systems fundamentals, functional requirements and system performance.
