For our institute - NIAS (Netherlands Institute for Advanced
Study (in the Humanities and Social Sciences)) I am looking
for access to "Dissertation Abstracts" - University microfilms
international. I assume there is a commercial way of
accessing, but I wonder if we can have anonymous access
somewhere - being a non-profit research centre. Presumably via
Telnet?
