Final Registration Deadlines for the following seminar, offered in Dublin,
OH and Philadelphia, PA are approaching:
Knowledge Management: Methods and Systems
-Is Knowledge Management the new librarianship?
-Where does this increasingly popular management trend intersect with the
Web revolution and digital knowledge resources?
-What are the threats and opportunities for libraries?
This 2.5 day seminar is designed to explore the background, motivations and
definitions of knowledge management. Topics include components and
characteristics of knowledge management, system fundamentals, functional
requirements and system performance.
November 29-December 1, 2000: Dublin, Ohio (OCLC Campus)
