Web White and Blue 2000 ( http://www.webwhiteblue.org ) is an historic
experiment in online civic participation, including an unprecedented Rolling
Cyber Debate among presidential campaigns. Libraries are invited to
becoming Participating Sites by placing a Web White & Blue icon on your
library site and linking it to the Web White & Blue 2000 site. Your link
will provide your patrons with access to updated election 2000 information.
Web White & Blue 2000 is a non-profit, non-partisan project of the Markle
Foundation ( http://www.markle.org ), designed to highlight the ways in
which the Internet can expand and enhance citizen participation in our
nation's democratic process. We are working to sign up thousands of
participating sites. Show your site's civic commitment to the Net. Place
