I know that we were supposed to reply to the author (which I have
done) rather than to the list, but lest any PACS-L subscribers
make the wrong inference, I thought a note to the list worthwhile.
The request was for locations where Information Please and Instant
Recall would be available for FTP. Since Instant Recall is a
commercial program (as, I suspect, is Information Please), its
posting at an FTP site would be illegal.
