COLLECTION DEVELOPMENT LIBRARIAN: Search Extended.
Tenure track, faculty position. Responsibilities performed under the general
direction of the Assistant University Librarian for Technical Services &
Coordinator for Collection Development: coordinating systematic assessment of
the library collections; serving as liaison to selected academic departments;
supervising the collection development assignments of other librarians;
coordinating licensing for and access to web-base products; working a regularly
scheduled reference desk assignment of up to 6 hours per week.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: ALA-accredited MLS/MIS or an equivalent degree; 3 years
academic library experience. Salary: Minimum $34,000. Full benefit package.
