Dear colleagues,
I am looking for algorithms used by library automation software vendors to
compute the price of their products.
In the past a widely used algorithm was:
Final price = base (including cataloging module and circulation) +
acquisitions module + serials control module + ILL module + (WEB OPAC *
number of concurrent users)
Are you aware of other new methods currently used for the same purpose?
Please answer to me directly and I will summarise later for the list.
Thank you.
