If anyone uses GoPrint (aka Network Printer Solutions,
aka Card Access Technologies) for providing printer service,
we'd like to have information on your service experience.
How quickly do they respond to your service calls?  We are
currently using them, but our service experience has been
truly horrible -- our printer has been down since December,
and we've been playing telephone and e-mail tag with them
for the past 5 months.  Are there other products out there
which might be worth our consideration?
