Re. Tom Sloan's and Michael Piper's requests: would people please
post their Digital Millenium Copyright Act observations to the
list -- I'd like very much to read them, and I am sure that other
PACSLers will as well.
The implications for libraries / library W3 sites of what the
folks in Washington -- and Europe -- are doing in these areas are
not getting enough attention, and really are not yet very clear.
I'd be very interested to see what people are thinking / worrying.
