This document, Library-Oriented Lists & Electronic Serials, was created by
Charles W. Bailey, Jr., Assistant Dean for Systems at the University of
Houston Libraries in 1990 and had been hosted at the University of Houston
Libraries since then. The document has served the library professionals
for nearly a decade. It is our hope that the document will continuously
serve the library professionals for many years to come at its new homesite
at the Washington Research Library Consortium.
