We're about to open a 48 workstation computer facility in our Central
Library, that will offer access to MS/Office Professional, our Catalog,
Web Site, Commercial Electronic resources and the Internet.

We need to decide how to employ part-timers in this area and I want to
find out what other public libraries have done.

Have you hired high school & college students as "lab assistants", if
so what is their job description and hourly rate.
