Description:  This practical workshop is designed to show
how U.S. Copyright Law affects the library. Laws and guidelines
will be clarified, emphasizing how to apply them in
library activities such as photocopying, circulation,
interlibrary loan/ document delivery, and public
performances of videos and music. Internet copyright
guidelines, issues and trends will be discussed.

Who should attend: All librarians who need a better understanding of
U.S. Copyright Law and how to apply it in library
procedures and policies.  Particularly important for
Interlibrary Loan librarians and those in managerial
positions.

Prerequisite:  None
