Tracy - Disable all the security packages, reboot, and test the keyboard.
If the problem disappears then introduce each of the packages back in one
at a time and test. If the problem doesn't disappear find a higher-up at
IBM and yell!! I haven't had experience with IBM equipment (we use
Micron's, with no problems) so I can't tell you too much more. Hope this
helps.

G, H and I should be the keys that are used most because they are under the
strongest fingers, but they are not because the designer of the qwerty key
board did not study letter frequency in English.  If I were you, I would
look for patron use of some computer game that uses these keys by
repetitively tapping these keys.
