Dear everyone,
I am a graudate student doing master's degree program in library and
information science at Keio University in Tokyo, and am going to write
a thesis on electronic journals collection development.
I have been looking for a survey which reports on the collection
development and user service of electronic journals in the US academic
libraries. I found one done by ARL in 1994,"Electronic Journals in ARL
Libraries: Issues and Trends (SPEC Kit 202)," but I need more
up-to-date information.
Does anyone on the list have any information on this?
