CASE TO PRESERVE FEDERAL ELECTRONIC RECORDS (PROFS Case)
The government filed a lengthy opposition to the show cause motion
Wednesday March 18th. In response, Judge Friedman has directed the
government's attorneys to explain why it was not filed earlier and
postponed the hearing until
Wednesday, March 25, 1998 at 10:30 a.m.
