I was going to keep quiet publicly about the Chronicle Article quoting me
(August 12 p 15A) since I had been told the Chronicle of Higher Education
was such a distinguished example of journalism. However, I must now tell
you that not everything (in any article about Project Gutenberg has ever,
not once, been totally accurate, and that the most accurate one was not a
result of any direct interview, published in the ILEEC Journal in London.
How they did that is beyond me.

However, I have learned to expect that I, particularly, am going to note,
sometimes note strongly, errors the press makes about Project Gutenberg--
and to let it go because others thought the publicity was good.

This note is not meant for further distribution.
