problems with CDROMLAN and other email lists from IDBSU

If anyone is wondering why one of their favorite email library
discussion lists has gone quiet lately, please be aware that the following
lists, running through IDBSU.IDBSU.EDU at Boise State University have been
delayed since 98/01/15, because of technical problems:
ADVANC-L GEAC / Advance Catalogs
ARIE-L Ariel Document Delivery
BUSLIB-L Business Librarians
CDROMLAN CD ROM Networks in Libraries
CIRCPLUS Circulation Concerns
LIBIDAHO Librarians in Idaho
If you are a subscriber to one of these lists, or to any other list
operating out of Boise State University, then PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT to
contact the listowners or editors about the lack of posting or the fact
that IDBSU has been unable to confirm your subscription status.
I have been asked to post this announcement by a friend at Boise
State Univ who owns/edits several LISTSERV discussion groups, who has
kept me apprised of the situation.
I myself am the Editor of one of these lists that operate on Boise
State University's computers, and therefore am as equally affected as you
are!
When IDBSU gets things repaired and resumes operations of these
Listserv discussion groups, PLEASE BE AWARE that their will likely be a
torrent of postings & error messages generated when the floodgates
finally open up.
Please bear with us, while this problem is being worked on by Boise
State University.
