I am looking for videotapes and other training materials on TQM (Total Quality
Management) both for acquisition and for ILL. Especially, though not solely,
interested in hearing from Federal libraries. Need catalogs, bibliographies,
etc., either electronically or by mundane methods of information transfer.
Can anyone suggest good sources?
