I have been working recently with NYCENET (the New York City Education
Network) and am looking for other similar Metropolitan Area Networks
with an educational (k-12) focus serving large urban populations.
If possible, I'd like to find out about what networks exist (or are
in the development stages), along with names, phone numbers, and
addresses (email or snailmail) of their sysadmins.
