consortium of US universities) has a good collection of links at

I am sorry if I make mistakes; it's the first time I write in this list.
I am giving in a few weeks courses to other librarians about e journals in
university libraries : advantages, drawbacks, access, informations and the
likes..
Could anybody tell me where I could find infos about that issue.
Moreover, where could I find comprehensive lists of e journals.
