Please pardon me if this topic has been covered before.

Does any library have experience using a website as a gateway to provide
remote access to CD-ROM's on a network? What third-party software do you
use for metering remote usage to comply with licensing agreements?

Our CD-ROM databases are running on Novell Netware 4.1 with SCSI Express
for Novell. Thanks in advance.
