Hi
The easiest way is to contact Gateway - they have proprietary software
in the system. Meaning the Windows for Workgroups 3.11 may not be the
complete software package.
Simpliest thing to do is to upgrade to Windows 95. This should solve
all the problems. As Gateway has a record of leaving files out of Windows
for Workgroups 3.11. These are usually files that are not usually
necessary for most home or business use - however are necessary for
library applications.
Gateway isn't the only one who does this however, Dell, Compaq and others
do this as well.
