At my library we're investigating systems which could both automate our
card catalog and provide access to our 1.5 million photos (which we'll
digitize). I've received brochures from Contec NA which are very
interesting, but I don't know of any installations. The company started out
in New Zealand, so I'm hoping some of you antipodean folks might be able to
