We anticipate undergoing a major system conversion or migration within the
next year and I'm looking for ideas about project planning, timelines,
pitfalls and any other information and experience that you wish to share
concerning the
process. Also, can you refer me to any other resources or people who have
been down this road? I appreciate any insight or guide you might be able
to provide.
