Please respond to the author, not PACS-L. Thanks, Dana

I have enjoyed lurking on this list for the last six months. Now, however, I
need to ask for your help.

I need to find any statistical studies or surveys performed which show the
ratio of library personnel to library computer terminals or PCs. I would
like to get an idea of how many people libraries typically employ to
maintain their systems and how many total library personnel use the library
computer systems on a daily basis. Armed with this and any other pertinant
information, I hope to assist a local library in justifying a budget
increase for the purpose of hiring more systems support people. Can anyone
point me in the right direction?

Thanks in advance.
