SECOND ANNOUNCEMENT and CALL FOR PAPERS

Fourth International Conference
"Crimea 97"

"Libraries and Associations in the Transient World:
New Technologies and New Forms of Cooperation"

Sudak, Republic of Crimea, Ukraine
Holiday Home "Sudak"
June 7-15, 1997 (Professional Program - June 9-13)

The Fourth International Conference will be held in Sudak, a beautiful
and tranquil locale on the Crimean Black Sea coast. The history of Sudak
dates to antiquity. It is a small Crimean town of unfailing charm, surrounded
by fantastic mountains crowned with picturesque ruins of the medieval Genoa
fortress. The Conference venue, the Sudak Holiday Home, is a complex of
seven modern buildings in a garden setting. The adjacent beach, some two
kilometres long, might well be the the best in the Crimea. Both the beach,
restaurants, and shops are within east walking distance from the Sudak
Holiday Home.

CALL FOR PAPERS
The Organizing Committee seeks original research and application oriented
papers, not previously presented or published elsewhere. You are invited
to submit an abstract of your proposed paper for consideration by the
Conference Program Committee.
The deadline for receipt of abstracts is February 25, 1997.

A complete Conference Announcement/Call for Papers is available from
