Hello PACS-Lers. Can any of you guide me to *recent* bibliographic citations
that discuss the details and start-up costs involved in beginning an electronic
journal at an institution of higher learning? I'm *not* necessarily looking
for theory or advantages/disadvantages of e-journals, but how to begin one, the
concerns and issues involved, the precautions to take, what to look out for
before leaping into such a venture, how to ensure (as much as possible) the
success of the journal, the costs involved, and so on. Thanks for any help
