I am an MLIS student at Univ of Oklahoma, wanting to prepare
a paper discussing the positive and negative results of public
Internet access in Public libraries. I have found unlimited
materials advocating installation and benefits of Internet access in
libraries, but very little material about after effects, impact,
etc. Would appreciate any pointers toward articles, groups, etc.,
or comments.
