Actually even before we consider such citation analysis, I'd like to
see a search engine where I can provide a URL and it can provide me
with a list of all similar URLs that it has in its index, then I can
select which URLs I want to find citations for, and it can then present
me with a menu of all the places that cite those particular URLs.

For example, I'd like to find all URLs within my NetAbuse.html index
that are sited from anywhere, and for each of them get a list of citations.

Do you know any such search engine available now or planned for near future?
