LIBRARY TRAINING CONSULTANT
Innovative Interfaces, Inc., is currently seeking an enthusiastic individuals
who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and conduct on site customer training on all modules
of the INNOPAC system, consult with and advise customers on all phases of
implementation, system use and problem resolution, install equipment, manage
customer acccounts.
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of three years library or training experience.
Training of library staff on the use of automated systems desirable.
Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: library technical
services, data or technical processing, or reference in public, academic, or
special libraries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong
commitment to service. MLS or equivalent experience. Frequent travel
required, approximately 50%.
