We have been using microfiche as our backup catalog for times when the
system is down. Following our migration (to Sirsi) and various
hardware changes it has become possible for us to consider a CD-ROM
backup instead. Can anyone recommend vendor(s) who can take a MARC
tape and produce a CD with some simple search software? We don't need
a full-blown library catalog system (that's what Sirsi is supposed to
do), just something to allow patrons to look up titles when the
catalog is down.

Apologies if this has been discussed recently -- I've been away from
the list for a long time.
